Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Process orders, updates, and account changes.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a call center, administrative support, retail, or service-oriented environment.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Fully onsite role/ Monday-Friday/ Temporary to hire permanent/ Pay $19-23hr
